Blood Orange Matcha Negroni
Citrus, tea, and a touch of bitterness come together in this lively, refreshing sip with orange juice, Blood orange matcha and three tantalising spirits over ice.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp T2 Blood orange matcha
- 150mls of water at 80°C
- 30ml gin
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- 30ml Campari
- 10ml orange juice
- Ice
- Orange peel, to garnish
- Rocks glass
- Matcha bowl
- Matcha whisk

Whisk 1 tsp T2 Blood Orange Matcha with 150ml 80° degree water until fully smooth.

Add the matcha and orange juice to a mixing glass.

Add gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari.

Fill with ice and stir well for 20–25 seconds until cold and silky.

Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.

Garnish with orange peel lightly dusted with T2 Blood Orange Matcha.
