Turmeric Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons T2 100% Certified Organic Matcha Powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 600ml / 21 fl oz hot soy milk (or another plant milk of choice
  • 2 teaspoons honey, optional

Brew Tip. Whisk your matcha a gentle M-shape using your chasen until light froth forms—this unlocks aroma and dissolves every grain.

Method

    Add a teaspoon of turmeric into each mug with a small amount of the hot milk. Stir gently until smooth - avoid overmixing, as the mixture will over thicken.

    Place two teaspoons of matcha into the bowl, add 150 ml of 80°C water and whisk until frothy.

    Evenly divide the frothed matcha between both mugs, combining with the turmeric mixture.

    Froth the remaining hot milk and pour into one mug, then repeat for the second.

    Add a teaspoon of honey to each if desired and stir well.
