Yuzu Matcha Spritz
Smooth, creamy and just the right amount of spirited, this White Choc Matcha Martini brings together earthy matcha, almond, and a whisper of white chocolate in one elegant, frothy sip. A luxurious twist on your tea ritual.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp T2 Yuzu Matcha
- 150mls of water at 80°C
- 1tsp honey (optional)
- Sparkling water or soda water
- Optional: splash of tonic or prosecco, lemon slice, mint
- Ice
Tools
- Tall glass
- Matcha bowl
- Matcha whisk
Method

Whisk 1 tsp T2 Yuzu Matcha with 80° degree water until fully smooth.

Stir in honey (optional).

Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the brewed matcha.

Top generously with sparkling water (or tonic / prosecco for a boozy spritz).

Gently stir once and garnish with lemon or mint.
