Our values represent what we stand for. They shape our culture, influence who we are, what we do, and who joins our family. They are embedded into our DNA and in how we work together as a united Brewing Force for Good.

T2's Diversity and Inclusion policy is to support and facilitate a diverse and inclusive workplace at T2. The diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths. Our Community

Our Volunteer Leave Program provides our teams globally an opportunity to volunteer with a community organisation that is meaningful to them, creating a true sense of giving back to the local communities we live, work and play in.

Indigenous Peoples

T2 acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land and recognizes their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

T2 acknowledges Māori as tangata whenua in Aotearoa New Zealand.

T2 acknowledges that we are on the traditional territory and homelands of the Kumeyaay, Tonga, Misenam, Tamyen, Ohlone and Merrick people.

Taking action:
people supporting people

At T2, we're inspired by The Smith Family's commitment to giving all Australian children the best possible start in life and breaking the cycle of disadvantage. We share their passion for diversity in action and standing up to make a difference.

We created a limited-edition tote bag in partnership with The Smith Family to help raise support and awareness for Australian children living in poverty. All proceeds support The Smith Family initiative, who provide the educational support underprivileged kids need to stay in school and shape a bright future.
