How to brew Plum & Apple Cobbler

    Add 1 heaped scoop/teaspoon Plum & Apple Cobbler to a T2 Teamaker or infuser.

    Add 250ml 100c water and allow to brew for 2-3 mins.

    Once brewed, put your T2 Teamaker on top of your mug to strain or remove your infuser, and enjoy!

Brew tip

Garnish with slices of orange, apple and star anise for a festive

    Add 2 to 3 heaped scoops/teaspoons of Plum & Apple Cobbler to a T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug and to this add around 100ml boiling water.

    Allow this to sit and brew for 5-10 minutes to make a nice, strong concentrate.

    Fill a tall, heatproof glass with ice and, once brewed, place your T2 Teamaker on top of your glass and allow it to strain over the ice, or remove your infuser and pour the tea over the ice.

    Top up with still or sparkling water, and enjoy!

Plum & Apple Spiced Mini Trifles

  • 1 Packet Raspberry jelly crystals.
  • 15g Plum & Apple Cobbler fruit tea.
  • 200g tinned apple pie slices.
  • 150ml shop bought chilled custard.
  • 250ml thickened/double cream
  • 100g shop bought sponge cake, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste


Start by making the jelly
  • 1
    In a medium heatproof bowl, dissolve the jelly crystals in 250ml boiling water and to this add your Plum & Apple Cobbler fruit tea.

    Allow to steep for 5 minutes

    Once infused, strain the jelly mixture over a fine sieve into a heatproof jug with 200ml cold water.

    Stir and pour the jelly evenly between 4 glasses or mini trifle dishes.

    Set in the fridge for around 4 hours.
Make the apple mixture
  • 1
    Add the 200g tinned apples to a medium bowl and to this add the brown sugar and cinnamon.

    Let this sit for 5 minutes or so to allow the apples to macerate and release their juices.
Whip the cream
  • 1
    In a large mixing bowl, add the cream, caster sugar and vanilla extract.
  • 2
    With an electric beater, whip the cream until light and fluffy.
Assemble the trifles
  • 1
    Once the jelly has set, add the cake to the glasses on top of the jelly, and spoon the apple mixture on top.

    Pour the custard over the apple mixture slowly, allowing it to fill any gaps between the cake and apples.

    Finally, top each glass with the whipped cream and enjoy!
