Witches Brew Latte

Light your cauldron—this deceptively simple brew of chai, cinnamon and nutmeg will send a darkly decadent tingle down your spine.

Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 1-2 scoops T2 Chai
  • 200 mL / 6.7 oz water
  • 100 mL / 3 oz milk
  • 1–2 teaspoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • A pinch of extra ground cinnamon or nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Black sugar or cocoa powder to rim the cup

Brew Tip. Place a cinnamon stick in the mug as a “stirring wand”.

Method

    Bring 200 mL / 6.7 oz of water to near boil. Add the chai (in an infuser or teapot), steep for 3–5 minutes and then strain.

    Warm the milk. Combine with the brewed chai. Stir in your sweetener until dissolved.

    Dust ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top.

    Rim your mug with a little honey, then dip in black sugar or cocoa powder to make a dark rim.
