How to Brew Matcha White Choc

½–1 tsp per cup
80°C (176°F)

Add ½–1 teaspoon of matcha powder to your matcha bowl.

Pour in 150ml of 80C water.

Using a matcha whisk, whisk in an ‘M’ shape until all clumps are mixed in and a layer of froth has formed.

Drink straight up or add steamed milk to make it a latte. Enjoy!

White Choc Matcha is naturally sweet, so no need to add honey unless you have an extra sweet tooth!

White Choc Matcha Martini

Serves 1 people

Ingredients

½–1 tsp White Choc Matcha
150 mls of water at 80°C
50 ml almond milk
50 ml gin
25 ml amaretto
Ice

Tools

Chilled coupes
Cocktail shake and strainer

Brew Tip. Grate or shave white chocolate over top for an extra sweet touch.

Method

Place a clean coupe glass into the freezer or fridge to chill.

Add 1 teaspoon into a T2 matcha bowl, add 150ml of water at 80°C and whisk until frothy.

Add prepared matcha to a cocktail shaker, followed by 50ml almond milk, 50ml gin, and 25ml amaretto.

Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice, seal, and shake vigorously until chilled.

Shake and strain into chilled coupe making sure to get as much liquid and foam into the glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
