International Women’s Day

To brew a fairer future, we all need to embrace equity.

Equality is the goal,
and equity is the key to getting there.

This International Women’s Day, we’re embracing equity with open arms – it’s an essential step in creating a future free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

Equity is about creating an equal playing field for everyone, as it allows for all of us, of any gender, to thrive. Equity recognises that all parts of a person’s identity – such as gender, experiences and history – can create barriers to participation and opportunities. So, to achieve equity there’s no one-size-fits-all solution and we need to cater to different needs in our communities.

We all play a part in helping build an equal world without gender bias and it isn't limited to women. Everyone, everywhere, can play a part to embrace equity.

Aiming for all team members to have the same opportunities, rights and respect, regardless of their gender, guided by the Gender Equity Diagnostic tool developed by Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).

Menstrual and Menopause Policy

Supporting team members who are experiencing menopause or severe period symptoms to find a suitable solution and remove the taboo.
