Top tips and tricks

Taste

As a rule of thumb we stick to garnishing fruit, herbal and green teas – we’d never say no to a chai on ice with cinnamon sticks, though!

Colour

Use a mix of fresh fruits and herbs to make your iced tea colourful.

Presentation

Use a sharp knife and cut the fruit just before serving. Cookie cutters also work well to make fun shapes.
