  • All New Zealand orders dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse are shipped with Courier Post.

Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale and promotional periods.

    Domestic shipping timeframe for deliveries within New Zealand only:

    Standard: 3 to 7 business days

  • Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases $50 and over within New Zealand. Online purchases of $50 or less can be delivered for $12 within New Zealand.

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties within New Zealand.

Please note that T2 is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges.

Additionally. Any parcels rejected by the recipient due to customs charges are destroyed by the destination country and are therefore not eligible for refund by T2. We recommend checking local customs charges before placing an order.
