  • All New Zealand orders dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse are shipped with Courier Post.

    Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse can take up to 5 – 7 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale/promotional periods.

    We ship all orders with Courier Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:

    Domestic shipping timeframe (deliveries within New Zealand only):

    Standard: 3 - 7 business days

  • If your delivery time has passed the estimated timeframe, and you are unable to track your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team here.

  • Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases over $50 within New Zealand whilst our stores remain closed due to COVID-19. Online purchases of $50 or less can be delivered for $12 within New Zealand.

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.

    • North Island - Order received before 12:00 pm local time on Tuesday 4th May
    • South Island - Order received before 12:00 pm local time on Monday 3th May
